Venue Hire Process
Step 1: Complete the Booking Enquiry Form below to confirm if The Abbey is available for the date you want to book.
Step 2: If your date(s) are available you must then submit the formal Booking Form found below. This may be completed as a hard copy or returned as an email attachment to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 3: You will then be issued with a quote. You must then ensure you read through all of our Policies, Procedures and Conditions of Hire found below.
Step 4: On receipt of Invoice, the deposit must be paid, which will confirm booking. The balance will be due on receipt of Final Invoice upon event completion.
Step 5: You must now submit the Event Information Form and Technical Information Form.
Step 6: Once your event is completed, you must complete our Box Office & Footfall Form as part of our legal requirements.
